Ava rolled over for the first time last Sunday, February 10, 2008! She rolled from her belly to her back, and has done it several times since. She has yet to roll from her back to her belly.
In addition, we started feeding her cereal about 3-4 weeks ago, and the first few nights after we started, she slept through the night. But since then, it has been hit or miss.....until this week. All week, she has slept from 8:30-9pm until the next morning when Kim had to wake her up at 7am. All week this week I have had to wake up in the morning and think about if I was up during the night or not. In fact, I asked Kim the first night if she had gotten up.
It has been nice, but hopefully I didn't just jinx us. :)

New Furniture
Check out pics of our new furniture! Kim has made the claim that it is "the best purchase we have ever made". This is only half of it. It is actually a huge sectional and the other half of it is in the basement for now, but once we move, we hope to have a big enough living room that we can put the whole thing in!
"Sleep Sucks"
This is what Ava told us the last 2 nights. Two nights ago, she woke up every hour. Last night, she woke up at midnight and screamed until 3am. Nothing wrong with her, we tried everything, she just didn't want to sleep....in her crib. We put her in her car seat, and she slept the rest of the night. So tonight, we will try the car seat again, or maybe the bassinet and make sure she is right up against the side of it, as she doesn't like to sleep in places that are so big (like her crib). Hopefully we will have a better night tonight, especially since she started cereal yesterday. We have a movie of that, and I will be uploading it soon. But for now, enjoy some stills from this morning! (Notice what the bib says...)
